By using ByBlack VIP Transfer services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

ByBlack VIP Transfer is a professional transportation company providing VIP transfer services at Antalya Airport and surrounding areas. Our services include: • Airport - Hotel transfers • Hotel - Airport transfers • Intercity VIP transfers • Private tours and daily rentals All our services are provided with D2 licensed vehicles and professional drivers.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Conditions: • Bookings can be made via website, WhatsApp, or phone • Valid contact information is required for booking confirmation • Flight details (flight number, arrival time) must be provided accurately Payment Options: • Cash (EUR, USD, TRY, GBP, RUB) • Credit card (POS device available in vehicle) • Bank transfer (for corporate clients) Prices are fixed and not affected by traffic or distance changes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms: • Cancellations 24 hours or more before transfer: 100% refund • Cancellations 12-24 hours before transfer: 50% refund • Cancellations less than 12 hours before transfer: No refund Special Circumstances: • Full refund for flight cancellation or significant delay (with documentation) • Full refund for force majeure (natural disaster, war, etc.) • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

4. Service Guarantee

Our Commitments: • On-time pickup guarantee (flight tracking provided) • Clean and well-maintained vehicle guarantee • Professional and licensed driver guarantee • Fixed price guarantee (no additional charges) Flight Tracking: • Your flight is tracked; no waiting fee for delays • Your driver waits 60 minutes free after your flight lands • Waiting beyond 60 minutes: €10 per hour waiting fee

5. Passenger Responsibilities

We expect from our passengers: • Accurate and complete booking information • Being ready at the designated meeting point on time • Following driver instructions inside the vehicle • Not damaging the vehicle or equipment Prohibited Behavior: • Smoking inside the vehicle • Consuming alcoholic beverages (sealed bottles may be carried) • Threatening or harassing the driver • Possessing illegal substances in the vehicle

6. Limitation of Liability

Our company cannot be held responsible for: • Disruptions caused by passenger providing incorrect information • Delays due to traffic, road works, or accidents • Delays caused by airport or hotel • Loss or damage to passenger's personal belongings • Force majeure (natural disaster, strike, war, etc.) Insurance Coverage: • All our vehicles have mandatory traffic insurance • Passenger personal accident insurance is available

7. Legal Compliance

ByBlack VIP Transfer complies with the following regulations: • Turkish Ministry of Transport D2 Authorization Certificate • U-ETDS (Transport Electronic Tracking and Control System) registration • TÜRSAB membership • KVKK and GDPR compliance All our drivers: • Hold valid SRC certificates • Have clean criminal records • Undergo regular health checks
